A typical Excel V™ treatment takes 10-15 minutes, whereas more severe issues will take up to 30 minutes.

Excel V treats these conditions by administering a unique high power green laser that is absorbed by the abnormal blood vessels in the skin. Lasers slightly heat the vessels whilst removing them. Pulses of light energy cause the blood within the vein to solidify, correcting blood flow. The blood flow is redirected to veins deeper within your skin’s surface. This reduces the appearance of the vein or redness and correcting the issue. The Excel V™ treatments required will depend on the patient and the skin condition they wish to treat as well as the severity of the issue. Cosmetic vascular lesions are commonly treated and the majority of patients tend to have significant improvement following just one session.”

Side effects of this treatment are minimal but can occur, they include:

  • Redness
  • Bruising
  • Slight swelling
  • Blistering has been known to occur but is extremely rare

Excel HR
About treatment
Say Goodbye to Shaving

Keeping up with unwanted hair is an annoyance for both women and men. How much precious time have you spent shaving and trimming? Fortunately, with the help of advanced technology, you can spend less time grooming and more on what really matters. excel HR™ is next generation premium laser hair removal technology, delivering unmatched results for all skin and hair types.

How does Laser Hair Removal work?

The science of laser hair removal is rooted in targeting the melanin, or pigmentation, in your hair. The process targets the melanin in the hair follicle, deactivating the root to inhibit further growth. During treatment, The excel HR™ Laser dually provides contact cooling to protect the surrounding tissue. This allows for the most aggressive treatment without adverse side effects. Who can excelHR™ help?

excel HR™ can be performed on anyone and any area of the body. This advanced procedure efficiently removes hair for women and men of all skin (even tanned) and hair types (fine or coarse). Commonly requested treatment areas include underarms, legs, bikini, as well as, men’s chest and back.

What makes excelHR™ different from other laser hair removal technologies?

excel HR™ surpasses many other systems with its powerful ability to eliminate both fine and coarse hair for all skin types.

How many treatments does it take?

The total number of treatments varies based on the area being treated and the hair’s growth stage. The hair undergoes 3 cycles during the growth process. The anagen stage, when the hair is actually growing, is the only time we can treat it. Each area of the body can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to reach the anagen phase again. This requires a series of sessions. Typically, we recommend 6-8 treatments spaced 8-12 weeks apart in order to effectively treat hair in the growth stage. Adhering to the schedule your provider recommends will ensure optimal results.
